This policy covers our public website only. Services we provide under contract to our clients are governed by the agreements and data processing terms we sign with those clients.

Microsoft 365. We use Microsoft 365 for email and related business productivity services. When you contact us, the content of your message and your contact details are stored and processed within Microsoft 365 so we can correspond with you. Microsoft processes this data as our provider. We may also use additional providers for hosting, analytics, or security.
How we share information
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as those listed above, and only to the extent needed to perform their work for us.
